- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: City & Styles is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
- Shipping Carriers: We primarily use UPS for all international orders whenever possible. However, we may use other available carriers to ensure the fastest and most cost-effective delivery.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
- Confirmation: You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
- Tracking: The tracking number will be active within 3-10 days.
Delivery Times
- Domestic: Estimated delivery time within the domestic area is 2-3 business days.
- International: Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 10 to 30 days.
Damages
City & Styles is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

We aim for complete satisfaction with your purchased product. If you're not happy with your City & Styles purchase, we offer a 7 day return policy for local purchase and 14-day return policy for international purchases.
Conditions for Return:
- Items must be returned within 7 days for local and 14 days for international of the purchase date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- All original tags must be attached.
- Products must be returned in their original box and condition.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- A picture or video of the defective item
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Clearance items / Sale items
- Personalized or customized items
- Undergarments and swimwear
How to Return:

- Packaging: Securely package the items you wish to return, including the original box.
