Delivery Times

Damages

- Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- All original tags must be attached.
- Products must be returned in their original box and in original condition.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable

How to Return:

- Packaging: Securely package the items you wish to return, including the original box.
- Shipping: Use a trackable shipping service to send your package. Virtuosity Wear is not responsible for lost returns.
- Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our Customer Service team.
